How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping and Handling is $4.95 no matter how many items you order! If you order over $100 worth of products, we offer free shipping!

 

Do you offer wholesale discounts on larger orders?

Yes, we are offering free shipping on orders over $100 for a very limited time!

As far as product prices, we are not offering any further discounts on large orders as most of our prices are already listed at wholesale/liquidation prices during our closeout sale.

 

What is your connection to Positive Vibez?

Positive Vibez is an affiliate of ours with whom we have done business and shared ideas with in the past. Bohemian wraps, however, is a different company with different ownership.

We started this company with the mission to bring our free-spirited customers inspirational products and we will not rest until every last one of our customers has a huge smile on their face :)

 

What about your membership program?

As Bohemian Wraps is closing it's doors, our membership program has been canceled. All existing memberships have been terminated and customers will no longer be charged. Annual members will be refunded for the remainder of their membership term.


If you would like a refund, please email support@bohemianwraps.com with your Paypal email along with a screenshot of the order and we will issue a full refund!

 

How long does it typically take to receive my order?

Most of our products ship within 3-4 weeks via USPS priority mail with a tracking number unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Some items may take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Some items will arrive as soon as a few days. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships :)

Why do my products take so long to deliver?

Most of our products are custom-made which is why it can take up anywhere from 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive from the date the order was placed. We do apologize for any inconvenience but we can assure you that we are working very hard and we will not rest until every last one of our customers has a smile on their face! We can't wait to deliver that smile to your doorstep very soon :) 

 

Can I still place an order after you close on November 11?

Unfortunately, we will not be taking ANY orders after we close. Be sure to get your order in before we close because this will be the last time you will ever be able to order any of our products :(

 

Will you still be shipping my order even after you close?

Yes! Our team will be working non-stop to make sure you get your product in a timely manner. Just because we are closing our doors does not mean that our work is complete.

Simply put, we will not rest until every last one of our customers has received an amazing experience. We want to go out on the strongest note possible and will be working around the clock to make sure that happens. 

 

How can I replace damaged or incorrect orders?

We will replace your order free of charge if it is defective or damaged.
